To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyConnect Properties, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates (collectively, “Company Parties”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or the Services—even if a Company Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access or use the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
